Covela

Overview Covela is a Philippine offshore staffing platform that pairs instant monthly pricing estimates with AI-assisted recruitment and ongoing employment support. Businesses draft a role brief, review shortlisted candidates alongside Covela's recruitment team, then direct day-to-day work while the provider carries payroll, HR administration, leave, overtime approvals and performance reviews through one platform. Coverage spans 16 industries and functions including finance and accounting, customer support, operations, administration and software engineering. How It Works Role brief: Responsibilities, required hours and time-zone expectations are captured before recruitment begins, giving the search a practical scope. Recruitment: AI-assisted assessment runs alongside human review, using a process refined at sister company Adaca across 11 years. Employment: Covela employs the team member, absorbing contracts, payroll and HR compliance. Ongoing support: Leave requests, overtime and performance cycles route through the platform for client approval, coordinated by staff based in Australia and the Philippines. Who It Suits Growing businesses facing difficult local hiring or rising labour costs, particularly those wanting a single starting role rather than a large managed team. Roles can be added to a brief when a wider team is planned.
