The same underlying model quality as ChatGPT, met where office work already happens rather than in a separate tab. It drafts in Word, builds and explains formulas in Excel, summarises long threads and clears a backlog in Outlook, and sits one shortcut away in the Windows taskbar.
Judged purely as a standalone chatbot it is unremarkable. Inside an organisation that runs on Microsoft 365 it becomes something else: an assistant with permission to read and act across the documents, mail and calendars people already use all day, which is the whole argument for choosing it.
