Prezi

Presentation tool built on a zooming canvas rather than slides, designed for talks delivered live in a room.

The one that rejects slides altogether. Prezi lays your material on a single canvas and moves around it, zooming between sections, so the structure of the argument is visible as you present it. For a conference talk or a lesson, where you are in the room and want people watching you rather than reading ahead, it does something no deck can, and its AI will now build that canvas from a prompt.

Used badly it makes people motion sick, and it is the wrong format entirely for a document that will be read without you, which is most business decks. Know which you are making. If the deck is really a report, use something else; if it is a talk, Prezi is the only tool here designed for one.

  • Genuinely different for a live talk
  • AI will build the canvas from a prompt

Cons
